32 to 40 hours per week · Zwolle
At ConnectingTheDots you help organisations work smarter with product data. As Implementation Consultant in our PIM SaaS business unit, you implement and configure our PIM platform for customers. You translate their needs into a platform that really works, and you make sure they get the most out of it. You configure, solve and optimise, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.
You translate customers' needs and challenges in product data management into a platform that really works. You test, validate and help find the best solution. And you help customers when they have questions, through our service desk or in direct contact. See something that could be smarter or more efficient? You flag it right away and make the difference.
You work from our office in Zwolle, together with the Customer Success Manager, our consultants and the Sales and Product Development teams.

- Configure and set up the PIM platform based on customer needs.
- Run implementation and change projects and guide customers through data migrations and integrations.
- Test and validate configurations and changes, so everything works flawlessly before it goes live.
- Own customer questions and service desk tickets in Jira Service Management: you independently analyse what is going on, tackle the root cause and bring it to a solution.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer environments, so customers get more out of the platform.
- Recognise recurring issues and share that knowledge, so our configurations, ways of working and service keep improving.
- Document your work and record agreements carefully.
- Be an active part of the team: you keep your colleagues informed, and they keep you informed.
