Import & Onboarding retrieves data upstream from SAP Business One: item information, prices and stock levels, and prepares it in the PIM system. In the PIM system you enrich the information with specifications, images, marketing copy and translations. Once the product data is complete, Publishing & Channels publishes it downstream to your online stores, marketplaces and other sales channels, keeping ERP and e-commerce fully in sync.
