At ConnectingTheDots, you help organizations work smarter with product data. As a Business Consultant, you are the link between people, business, and technology. You analyze, implement, configure, and optimize our PIM solutions. With an eye for both detail and the big picture.
You advise clients on their ambitions, wishes, and challenges regarding product data management and translate these into concrete solutions with our PIM product. Sometimes in the form of a functional design, blueprint, or discovery document:always with impact. Do you see something that could be smarter or more efficient? Then you flag it immediately and make the difference.
You work with a team of consultants, project leaders, and developers, and report directly to the operations manager.
What will you do?
- Mapping out the client's starting point and identifying where opportunities lie.
- Implementing and configuring our software, together with your project team.
- Providing status updates in internal meetings and supporting the project leader in client meetings with your substantive knowledge.
- Providing training and workshops, internally and externally, to share knowledge and create support.
- Regularly visiting clients on-site, but also collaborating effectively online and monitoring deadlines.
- Documenting your work properly and recording agreements carefully.
- Switching flexibly: one time you lead a project from A to Z, the next time you handle a specific phase.
- Being an active part of the team. You keep your colleagues informed, and they do the same for you.

What do you bring?
- A completed HBO or WO degree in (technical) business administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advisory client-facing role
- Technical insight and the ability to establish links between client systems and our PIM solutions
- Experience in an e-commerce or software-related environment
- Experience with PIM systems is a plus
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
- Affinity with e-commerce or software implementation
- The drive to understand processes, see improvements, and truly help clients move forward
- Excellent business communication in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
